Settled in 1885 by a few hardy Mormon
pioneer families. once the center of sheep
and cattle grazing on the Arizona strip
the main industry is logging. Fredonia
boasts one of the largest sawmills in
Arizona. Other industries include refining,
mining, trucking, forestry...etc.
